The Alpha Drywall Stop bead are used with render and plaster at junctions of walls, soffits, ceilings and surrounds to openings. Stop Beads are designed to finish and protect plaster edges. Galvanised steel bead with perforated wings for finishing and reinforcing edges of skim plaster within a building.

Application

Can also be used as an arch forming bead.

Designed with nail holes for easy fix with drywall nails.  Alternatively, plaster dabs or suitable adhesive at maximum 600mm centres can also be used for installation.

Beads can be cut to size using tin-snips and/or a hacksaw.

Advisable to wear gloves to avoid risks of cuts and abrasions from the sharp metal edge.
